1 Warranty time is 1 year. During this period, all the non-artificial broken parts can be replaced by new parts for FREE. 

A. No need to send us broken parts or printer. You just need to confirm your issue by some pictures or videos. 

B. Usually we will send you the good parts together with your new order. If you have urgent demand, we can send you the parts by express.

2 Out of warranty time, we can sell you the new parts which will be shipped to you together with your new order. 

3 If your order qty reaches to 500pcs or more for each model, we will provide you the 1% spare parts for FREE. 

4 If you or your customers have any problems during their use, we will support timely assistance to help you settle problems via video, message, remote control or other convenient ways.
